Autumn Cleanse vs CLEAN?

Awakened Body Cleanses are 40-day journeys of personal growth and transformation for body, mind and spirit.
CLEAN is a food-cleanse and full body detox designed by Dr. Alejandro Junger, which Awakened Body recommends for the "body" aspect of your journey.
On your Seasonal Cleanse, we'll challenge you to take on at least one growth practice for body, mind and spirit. We love CLEAN because it's medically based and deeply healing, but you don't have to do CLEAN to participate in an Awakened Body Seasonal Cleanse.

Autumn Cleanse

Fall is a time for new beginnings, planting gardens and setting goals. Drawing from the Jewish Wisdom tradition, during the Fall Cleanse we adopt the practice of a Soul Accounting (heshbon ha'nefesh), to harvest seeds from the fruits of the past and set vision for the future.
